The discounted sleeping room rate is offered on a first come, first served basis. Participants are encouraged to reserve rooms early to ensure onsite lodging at the conference!
Our special sleeping room rate will be available to you for 3 extra days before the conference and 3 extra days after the conference. You can check in as early as Monday, July 12th under the discounted rate and you can check out as late as Wednesday, July 21st.
The discounted rates are:
$114 per night (plus tax) is the rate for single or double rooms (1-2 adults).
$125 per night (plus tax) for triple rooms (3 adults).
$135 per night (plus tax) for quad rooms (4 adults).
Rooms have 2 double beds or 1 king bed.

Transportation: call the hotel upon arrival from the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) and the hotel shuttle will be dispatched. Shuttle is currently $8.00/person each way. Taxis are about $15.00 per person each way. The Sarasota Airport is about 4 miles from the hotel.
Another choice of transportation between the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and the Hyatt Regency is the local bus system, SCAT (Sarasota County Area Transit). From the airport, catch bus #99 at the ground transportation area (you can obtain a SCAT RideGuide in a display case there). Go southbound toward the downtown main station (referred to as 1st & Lemon), which is about a 20-minute ride. Get off at the N. Tamiami Trail (US41) and Boulevard of the Arts (just tell the bus driver when you board that you need to go to the Hyatt on Boulevard of the Arts). The Hyatt Regency is a short walk from there. The Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 55 miles away, transportation between TPA and the Hyatt is available from Sarasota-Tampa Express (www.stexps.com) for $40.00 one-way. Please see the website for limited shuttle times.
