2010 conference registration prices include conference materials and the following meals: dinner on July 15th, breakfast and lunch on July 16th, and breakfast and lunch on July 17th. You are on your own for dinner July 16th and July 17th.
The 2010 National Conference registrations prices are:
$295 Early-Bird Registration (before Friday, April 16, 2010)
$375 General Registration (between April 17 - July 1, 2010)
$395 Late Registration (after July 1, 2010)

***An optional dinner cruise excursion is offered for the
evening of Friday, July 16th, 2010.

Please contact the National Office if you have any questions.
Note: cancellations must be received in writing by June 15, 2010. If you cancel before June 15, 2010, your registration will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Cancelled registrations will not be refunded after June 15, 2009, nor will no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the National Conference.
